About AgPro Systems and Our Team

AgPro Systems Inc., based in Big Sandy, Texas, is a long-established company dedicated to the development and production of exceptional biological soil stimulants and plant enhancement products.

As independent representatives for AgPro Systems in the Pacific Northwest region, Ric Garza and Gary Meyer work with fertilizer retailers and directly with growers to integrate these enzyme-based technologies into practical, results-driven crop programs. Our goal is to bridge the gap between conventional fertilizer practices and the biological systems that drive long-term soil health and short-term crop performance.

Each AgPro product is formulated with proprietary enzyme-complex technology, designed to activate soil life, improve nutrient efficiency, and enhance plant vigor. Whether used individually or as part of a customized seasonal program, these products help farmers get more out of every acre by improving soil health and plant health.

Gary Meyer

Gary graduated from Washington State University and returned to his family’s farm in the rolling hills near Pullman, Washington. After several years immersed in hands-on crop production, he shifted focus toward a deeper mission: improving soil health and fertilizer efficiency for long-term agricultural sustainability.

Over the past 35 years, Gary has partnered with more than 60 farms across the Pacific Northwest region, helping growers fine-tune their fertilizer programs and improve overall efficiency. His strength lies in identifying soil-profile challenges and designing practical, balanced fertility plans that support long-term productivity and healthier crops. Gary also incorporates AgPro Systems’ foliar products to support nutrient delivery and reduce crop stress, providing growers with more consistent performance in the field.

For Gary, this journey has been more than agronomy—it’s been about transformation. “There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a grower overcome a challenge and watching their farm thrive,” he says. “The gratitude, the thankfulness, and the friendships you build along the way—they’re life-changing.”

Ric Garza

Ric is a Washington State University graduate with experience in the chemical industry, seed production, and hands-on work with growers across the Pacific Northwest. His connection to agriculture runs deep—rooted in grandparents who migrated to the U.S. from Mexico as farm laborers, and in a father who has spent his entire career in the fertilizer and chemical industry while farming himself. Growing up within that legacy shaped Ric’s understanding of hard work, stewardship, and what growers truly need.

Ric thrives on being in the field—anticipating issues before they become problems, helping growers navigate crop stress throughout the season, and working alongside them to finish with a strong, healthy crop. Today, he focuses on helping farmers get the most out of AgPro Systems products by showing how these tools fit naturally into existing fertilizer programs and everyday operations.
